Shipping Policy

We try to ship everything the same day we receive your order. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If we're back-ordered more than a few days we'll notify you via email. All shipping is calculated based on a single flat rate regardless of order size.* On small orders where our cost is lower than what you were charged, we will issue a refund for the difference.

USA (To a shipping destination in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)

• USA SHIPPING ($5.00): 2 - 7 day delivery
  • Free for orders $39 or more - If you pay the priority shipping fee on orders over $39 this will expedite your fulfillment process and and in most cases ship using USPS Priority service.  We reserve the right to select our own carrier or to bill higher than normal shipping costs (priority shipping fees). 
  • Firebox will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen once tracking shows delivered. If there is any concern of packages being lost or stolen from your mailbox or porch please check "Require signature" In step 5 of checkout.  (must pay via credit card)
