Each Rack’s size is designed to hold the bread or cake pan for baking in the horizontal Billy pot at the optimal height for the best fit. The small rack is for the 14cm pot and large rack is for the 16cm pot. This item is included in the baking kit along with the other Billy Pot baking components.

I’ve found this grill works for multiple purposes.

The rack is sized specifically for the 3 quart billy baking kit as a pan rack.  (automatically included as part of that kit).
