Firebox Stove Shipping Policy

At Firebox Stove, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures for domestic and international orders. 

We ship products to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen claims. Customers must work directly with the carrier to resolve any missing package issues after delivery confirmation. If there is potential for your package to be lost or stolen from the provided shipping address, please ask for signature required service which costs the customer $2.00.

For shipping costs within the contiguous 48 United States, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate fee of $7.99. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico receive discounted flat-rate shipping. International orders use a tiered flat-rate system based on order weight. We subsidize shipping costs up to $20. If a customer is overcharged at checkout, we will refund the difference, while additional costs beyond the subsidy may be invoiced. Taxes and duties are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 2 PM Mountain Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours unless an item is on backorder. 

Typical delivery times for domestic shipments vary. Within the contiguous United States, standard delivery usually takes between three and seven business days, while USPS Priority and FedEx services can shorten this to two or three days. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico generally take between three and five business days. International delivery times vary significantly, ranging from three to four weeks for USPS First Class International, to as little as three to five business days with FedEx International Priority, provided there are no delays at customs. 

We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, United Postal Service (UPS), and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic and international shipments. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are determined by local governments and are the responsibility of the recipient. Because each country has unique regulations, we cannot estimate these charges at checkout. 

For returns, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the total of the refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without these measures. We are not responsible for items we do not receive. However, if the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered and the correct address was used we will accept responsibility and assume the package was lost or stolen internally.
