Shipping Policy

We try to ship everything the same day we receive your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If we’re back-ordered more than a few days we’ll notify you via email. All shipping is calculated based on a single flat rate regardless of order size.* On small orders where our cost is lower than what you were charged, we will issue a refund for the difference.
USA (To a shipping destination in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)
  • USA SHIPPING ($5.00): 2 – 7 day delivery
    • Free for orders $39 or more – If you pay the priority shipping fee on orders over $39 this will expedite your fulfillment process and and in most cases ship using USPS Priority service. We reserve the right to select our own carrier or to bill higher than normal shipping costs (priority shipping fees).
    • Firebox will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen once tracking shows delivered. If there is any concern of packages being lost or stolen from your mailbox or porch please check “Require signature” In step 5 of checkout. (must pay via credit card)

International Shipping Policy

We use a tiered flat rate system based on order weight that calculates our shipping correctly 95% of the time. We subsidize the actual shipping costs up to $20. In some cases the website overcharges or undercharges for shipping. As a standard practice, we always refund the difference back to the customer when it is overcharged.  We do reserve the right to invoice if shipping costs exceed the amount paid plus the subsidized amount we will cover. We do not charge a handling fee for website orders and we do not make a profit or income from shipping.

-CANADA-
International shipping can be expensive. Taxes and duties are not included with the shipping rates, and will be charged to the customer at the time of import into Canada. We reserve the right to invoice customers for additional shipping costs above the website rates.
  • USPS- (Website will estimate cost of shipping based on total weight of products) Generally 6-20 day delivery.
  • Note: Depending on your location outside the United States, additional mail handling charges, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. Please check with your local customs office.

Our international shipping rates are very competitive but international shipping can be expensive. Some countries cost more to ship to than others, therefore we reserve the right to invoice customers for additional shipping costs above the website rates. Taxes and duties are not included with the shipping rates, and will be charged to the customer at the time of import into your country. We reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choice, usually FedEx or USPS.
