Firebox Stove Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Firebox Stove website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion. Customer (not scammer) satisfaction is our top priority. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on our site. Our products, descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including errors, suspected fraud, or restrictions under applicable law. Payment must be received before products are shipped.
Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable substances, gift cards, and downloadable software. Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is inspected and approved, and they will be credited back to the original method of payment. Sale items will be refunded the amount that was paid. Exchanges are permitted only if an item is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to make exceptions.
Shipping practices and responsibilities are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy. Please note that once the carrier has marked the package as delivered, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. For a higher level of assurance we can require signature for delivery. For signature required service we share the cost and only charge the customer $2.00.
When using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activities, post abusive or defamatory content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or disrupt the operation of the site. All content, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Firebox Stove or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited.
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that our site will always function without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages resulting from the use of our site or products. Any claims against us are limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
