• 1/4 C. Post Granola (any flavor) 
• 1 C. Pancake Mix

        1. If using instant pancake mix while camping, add 1/4 C. of post granola cereal (I like Cranberry) to 1 C. of mix powder. 

        2. You can make your own syrup using clear corn syrup and either strawberry jam or seedless blackberry jam added to it for flavor. 

I eat a couple of these and then I can paddle my light canoe all day with just some light snacks for lunch.
