For use when baking with the Small or Large Ultra Cook Kits. I used to put the coals right on top of the pans but I realized that due to the high conductivity of aluminum it was quickly “sucking” the life out of the coals.  By raising the coals off the pan the coals stay hot for MUCH longer!

    So I’ve used the coal grate only 1 time if you watch the YouTube channel you will get all kinds of ideas of what and how the cook with Steve’s products. I believe you can cook anything with these products.
