A recent Q&A about the Firestarters:
Q: “Can the fire starter/fuel discs be used with the 5″ folding stove?”

A:
Hi Ray,

Yes, they can be used as a Firestarter to get even damp wood burning or if you want to use them as a stand alone fuel, I recommend placing them in an empty chunk chicken can (the larger size, you’ll know, the disks fit perfectly) Placing them into a can will slow the burn down (doubles the burn time) to create a nicer cooking temp and it allows you to place something on top to snuff the flame saving remaining fuel for the next use. You can support the can closer to the bottom of the cooking pot or pan by use of the handy Fire Sticks (The Firebox comes with two)

I hope this helps,
Steve
