    I am a foodie so to speak. I love seeking out new recipes and flavors. Variety is the spice of life. Spices so add to that variety. This Hakata spice is a welcome new flavor. It is robust and really comes through. I love Asian food flavors especially Japanese. This spice takes me there in my mind when I eat a juicy bite. Goes well with so many foods. Meats or veggies. Only one caveat. It is salty. So I don’t add more salt when cooking and using this spice. Give it a try to up your variety in life !

    I love this spice! It’s my go too blend, simple as that. Great on salmon, chicken, steaks, and vegetables! Order the larger size if you enjoy cooking. I just ordered more 🙂

    This Hakata spice is a hit new flavor for me. It is robust and really comes through. I love Asian food flavors. This spice goes hard on steaks, i use on steaks and separately on the trimmed fat strips for cracklins (southern thang). it goes well with so many foods: eggs, chicken or veggies. i usually get 2 large packs at a time. just know that you probably dont need to add salt as this spice has plenty. so salt sensitive people beware.

    This is the best seasoning I have ever tried. I mainly use it on seafood, but it could go well in rice dishes, vegetables, pretty much anything. I use it at home weekly. You won’t find it anywhere else either, I tried to find it in bulk elsewhere but Firebox is the only spot that sells it. He knows the good stuff.
