Roll chicken thighs in mixture and cook until chicken is fully cooked.

Made this a few weeks after I saw the video, thought i was going to miss a step but no. Put the chicken in the pan, put the sauce on the chicken, put the lid on, cook the rice( I used jasmine rice) and it all just happens to be ready at the same time. Absolutely delicious meal, very rich and filling!
