The Nano Baking Platform insulates heat coming from the bottom allowing you to bake on top without burning the bottom. Run your gas burner on a low enough setting that the flame does not exceed the perimeter of the emberglow diffuser plate. Must be used in conjunction with eight panels of the large windscreen (connected together in a loop) with a 8-in camp plate on top as the lid.
