Shipping Information
Please note, we are not responsible for undelivered claims. We ship to the address provided in ‘shipping address’. If the package is tracked as delivered and for any reason you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Shipping Costs
For all orders shipping to one of the contiguous 48 United States, we are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $49. A discounted, flat-rate shipping of $7.99 is charged for all other orders outside of the contiguous 48 states and or for orders under $49.
For all International orders outside of the United States. We use tiered flat rate system based on order weight that calculates our shipping correctly 95% of the time. We subsidize the actual shipping costs up to $20. In some cases the website overcharges or undercharges for shipping. As a standard practice, we always refund the difference back to the customer when it is overcharged. We do reserve the right to invoice if shipping costs exceed the amount paid plus the subsidized amount we will cover. We do not charge a handling fee for website orders and we do not make a profit or income from shipping. Taxes and duties are not included with the shipping rates, please see “Import Duties” below for more info.
Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, 8 AM MST to 2 PM MST, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of receipt unless there is an item on backorder. If you are placing an order before 2 PM MST, and would like to have it shipped the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day.

International (times are subject to no delay at Customs)

- FedEx International Economy: 6 to 8 days
- FedEx International Priority: 3 to 5 days

Shipping Methods
United States
For domestic orders with standard shipping, we ship all packages either by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Delivery times range depending upon your location. We also offer the option of selecting shipping and paying for quicker delivery services.
International
For international orders with standard shipping, we ship all packages by either FedEx or the United States Postal Service Airmail. Delivery times range depending upon your location, and with no delay at the destinations’ Customs. We also offer the option of selecting shipping and paying for quicker delivery services.
Import duties, taxes and fees are paid by the recipient. Please check with your local government regarding import restrictions and extra charges as you will responsible for your order once it leaves the United States.
Because every country has different custom/duty regulations, it is impossible for us determine the appropriate customs/duty cost to any given buyer during checkout. The price that you see during checkout is the shipping price that is given to us by the shipping carrier. Any additional charges/duties/fees are unbeknownst until the package arrives at the terminal of the destination. As part of the final measure of purchasing an item internationally, there are chances of additional duties/customs fees. This is not an expense that is derived from us, rather from the destination customs regulations.
