- Use the dough recipe for your pan size. (This info is found in the baking section under: bread dough.) You can also use premade dough from the grocery store, either frozen or in the cardboard pop open cans.
- Form the dough into long thin pieces, the same length as your square pan. Line up dough in greased pan. If using our recipe or frozen dough; cover and allow to rise until nearly double in size.
- Put in the billy pot oven and bake for approximately 15-30 min. Steve says “When you can smell what your baking, it’s almost done.”

When done, coat breadsticks in melted butter and seasoning of choice. Optionally add cheese for the last 2 minutes of baking.
