2 C. Flour

2 tbsp. Oil

2 Eggs

2 tbsp. Sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt (optional)
- 2 C. Milk or Water

2 tbsp. Baking Powder
Optional additions: Blueberries, Chocolate Chips
This recipe serves five to six people so you might want to split it in half.
1. Put ingredients in a ziploc bag and knead with hands (you really have to knead it well with this method) or stir with whisk until mixed.
2. Cut off the corner of bag to dispense batter onto pan.
3. Cook until the bubbles that form on top begin to pop and the bottom of the cake is golden brown. Then flip to cook the other side.
4. Top with butter, syrup, whipped cream etc. Enjoy!
