For the 16 cm sq pan (If using another cake recipe, the pan holds around 1 3/4 C. of batter)

1 ⅓ C. Cake Mix

1 Egg

2 tbsp. Oil

⅓ C. Water

For the 14 cm sq pan

1 C. Cake Mix

1 Egg
-
1 ½ tbsp. Oil

¼ C. Water
1.Mix all ingredients together in a Ziploc bag.
2.Grease pan. Cut corner of bag and squirt mix into pan.
3.Put the pan in the billy pot oven and bake for approximately 20-30 min. ( Steve says “When it starts to smell like cake it’s almost done.”)
4.Top with berries and whipped cream, or let cool and frost.

Option to make crumble cake

½ stick butter room temperature
-
2 tbsp. flour
-
½ C. brown sugar
Put all ingredients in a bag and mix together. Crumble on top of cake mix before baking.
