1 Steak of choice or Large Chicken Breast

2 Bell Peppers (your favorite color)

1 medium Onion

2-4 cloves Garlic

1-2 fresh limes

3 tbsp. Oil

Fajita seasoning packet or
-
2 tsp. Corn Starch
-
1 tsp. Chili Powder
-
1 tsp. Bouillon (one cube)

½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
-
1 tsp. Cumin
-
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
-
1 tsp. Salt
-
1 tsp. Sugar
Toppings: cilantro, sour cream, avocado, lime juice
1. Slice onion and peppers; chop garlic. Put in a large ziploc bag with oil and fajita seasoning. Shake the bag until the veggies are coated (set aside while you prepare the meat).
2. Salt & Pepper meat and cook in Fry Pan or on Extended Grill plate. Set aside to rest for a few minutes before slicing.( If you rest the meat it will lose less juice when you cut it.)
3. Saute the veggies in the fry pan. When they start to soften add your meat and some lime juice. Stir together until the veggies are cooked to your liking.
4. Now put it all together. Fill tortillas and top with avocado, sour cream, cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice. Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
