  • MULTI FUEL – Wood, Gas Burner, Any Alcohol Burner, Fuel Tabs, Gel Fuels or Sterno cans can all be used. Options to accommodate any situation or preference.
  • BURN WOOD 3 WAYS – Side, top or pre-fuel, including the revolutionary Swedish Fire Torch Method (over an hour cook time with no fire management!) See video here: https://youtu.be/ZxF8VRF0GLg.
  • EASY TO USE – The Firebox is a true folding stove (No assembling of multiple pieces and parts) with positions for mounting accessories and burners for countless fueling, cooking and cookware possibilities!
  • HIGHEST BTU OUTPUT – Hinged damper for additional exhaust capacity allows more combustion air to support pre-fueling (other stoves with less exhaust capacity are forced to exhaust out the feed hole causing flames to bypass the pan.) Firebox always maintains flame to pan contact. Boil 2 cups of water as fast as 2:40. The Cross Feed Fuel Delivery with upwards angle for flame velocity and crossed sticks for turbulence is the perfect recipe for efficiency. See video here: https://youtu.be/pB6xDOTL-fA.
  • STURDY & STABLE – Even a Dutch Oven Feels stable on the Firebox Stove. See video here: https://youtu.be/lNILIkLAtfI.
  • A PORTABLE CAMPFIRE – (Competitors warn against this, we encourage it!) For that, true to camping ambiance that brings friends and families together for warm conversation.
  • MOST RELIABLE – Critical parts cannot be lost because they are hinged together.
  • MOST DURABLE – Thicker stainless steel and engineered expansion management make the Firebox the strongest stove on the market with the least amount of warpage. Barrel type hinges are stronger and don’t flex or slide like other hinge designs. See video here: https://youtu.be/mlxfaeK403Y.
  • MORE AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES – Grill Plates, a Boil Plate and the Adjustable Fire Grate open a world of outdoor cooking possibilities (not included.) See video here: https://youtu.be/fhjD7u78OVI.

Stainless Deluxe Combo Kit Includes: 5” G2 Firebox Stove, Ash Pan, Canvas Bag, 4 Firesticks, Extended Grill Plate (great for a steak or piece of fish), Grill Plate (fits a hamburger patty), Boil Plate (converts the stove into a boiling system for use with space saver cups and 40 oz. Stainless Steel water bottles) and Adjustable Fire Grate (for burning wood pellets closer to the pan or charcoal closer to the grill). Choice of Case: Black D-Ring Stove Case (made of double layer 500 wt abrasion resistant nylon constructed without a seam at the bottom to make this the most durable stove case on the market) OR the Leather Case for the Original 5” G2 Firebox (premium hand stitched case is made of genuine top grain cowhide which gains character and style with use. It has plenty of room for the 5” G2 Folding Firebox Stove, including all of the available accessory plates), and a cotton case liner to keep everything clean and tidy.

With this complete 5” G2 Deluxe Combo Kit you can take full advantage of all the versatility and fun that wood cooking with a Firebox Stove offers. Delicious, flavorful wood fired grilling, roasting, pan frying, shish kabobs or for quickly boiling water.

The King of wood burning stoves has it all. Side feed ports for fueling long sticks, the ability to holster 4 Firesticks and a Fire Grate designed to stoke the thermal column of a Swedish Fire Torch. The 5” G2 Firebox is the ultimate outdoor cooking super tool. It’s a multi-fuel cook stove able to utilize wood and other fuels found in nature. Solid fuel tablets, alcohol burners, butane gas burners, gel fuels (sterno), wood pellets or charcoal briquettes. Its larger size and sturdy construction makes it stable enough for a large Dutch Oven yet it can be used with cookware as small as a camping cup. The 5” G2 Firebox Stove is also easy! It effortlessly opens into position, and when it’s time to go it folds flat – ready to slide into your pack. Used worldwide since 2011.

NOTE: 100% Stainless Steel construction is easily maintained with a light coat of oil between uses. Also, do not leave any of the plates over the fire without food on it. Doing so will cause warpage as there wouldn’t be anything to absorb the heat out of the sheet metal.

If you’re having a hard time deciding on the right stove for you, the following information should help: Stove buyer’s guide – FireboxStove.com

NOTE from Steve: People have asked “Why have stoves made overseas?” A few years back after running out of stock during the Christmas shopping season, I spent a full year looking for another US manufacturer who could help me better keep up with an ever growing demand for Firebox Stoves. I found that most US manufactures have become specialized in aerospace, medical or otherwise (back when most mass production shifted overseas). The prices I got back were not feasible, sometimes even higher than my selling price. Being specialized means they have to get expensive certifications which makes their rates much higher. I continued to run out of stock every Christmas season for a couple more years. I became good friends with a factory owner who had moved his family to California, leaving him with a very long commute. We developed a relationship of trust as our family’s enjoyed time together. He now makes Firebox Stoves for me. They are made of the exact same materials and to the very same specs. When we get them, we inspect every single stove to be sure everything about them is up to my high quality standards. We also make some fine tuning adjustments so they are ready to be enjoyed by my valued customers. Since these were the last stoves I’ve needed to test, they’ve been my daily drivers for a very long time. Seen in all my recent video’s up until I started testing the new Ti FB. They are just as reliable and function as they should. The same Firebox experience at a lower price and you are still supporting a US company who provides good jobs to awesome people right here in Utah, USA. -Thanks, Steve

I’m a fan of the Folding Firebox since I got the stove last summer. Extremely versatile and very effective camp stove. The best I had ever.

I took the firebox out to the desert Fri-Sat for overnight camping with the kids, and it’s simply an amazing product. I used briquettes for roasting hotdogs, found some fallen sticks which I used for a nice big fire for roasting marshmallows and general sit-around-the-fire, and use trangia stove for cooking water at night and in the morning. I liked having different fuel options for different purposes.

I’m still amazed at how purely functional it is: very quick to set up and start a fire, low number of parts makes it simple and non-complex. Cordura d-ring bag makes organization and storage a lot better than the shipping cloth bag.. that and the upgrade kit really round out the set…huh.. I guess I should have started with the deluxe combo kit!

Thank you for not skimping on the stainless steel gauge. I keep expecting it to warp, bend, or not be happy with a big pot of water on it.

For jeep camping, I don’t care about the weight. Sure Ti would be lighter and that would make more sense for backpackers, but I just like the beefiness of the SS model.

Lot’s of portable stoves out there, and I’ve got nothing bad to say about a product I haven’t used. But from what I’ve experienced first hand so far, you’ve really developed a great product. Kudos!

(oh, and thanks for the info on the olicamp… side markings very helpful and visible inside and outside of cup).

I just got my Firebox stove and my first impression is ‘sturdy’, and ‘well engineered’. My wife was able to set it up just by looking at it, so I have to add ‘intuitive’ to the list also. I got the grill and boiler plate upgrade and they seem to be the perfect low cost solution. There are a variety of cooksets that can be used with this. I have a Trangia burner that works great, but I also tried about .75 cup of wood pellets for a spectacular burn that brought a pint of water to a boil in a no time. However, I can see now why you like to use a lot more pellets, so that you can use the coals for a long, medium heat fire. I am a camp stove nut and this is absolutely the best of my wood/fuel burners, and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if I could make it work with a Svea 123 gas stove also for a storm-cooker too. Great little stove, built like a tank. I plan to have it for a long time!

I just thought I would drop you an email to say how much we really dig your firebox. I borrowed one from a friend and we took it on a 4 person hike. I was actually able to fix a full meal for everyone that consist of chicken in a light Parmesan caper creme sauce with a nice fresh fettuccine pasta and homemade garlic bread. I was gonna grill some artichokes but the sun was coming down 😉 Really cool product. I guess I should have made a video. BTW. I found out a way to keep the food warm . I just placed it in one of my small pots and pushed that right up against the firebox. Everything stayed nice and warm as I cooked each dish.
